Our client is the first digital Italian Beauty brand created to offer a range of natural products for face and body care based on organic active ingredients.
Your new role
With a view to expanding the workforce, we are looking for a Communication Manager who will report to the Managing Director:
Specifically, the resource will deal with the following activities:
Coordination of brand communication activities, in particular in the areas of Brand Identity, Advertising, Product Identity, Digital P.R. and Press Office;
Identification and proposal of cross-channel advertising investment opportunities for the consolidation of brand awareness and consequent optimization of the costs of acquiring market shares;
Coordination of Visual Communication and Community Management figures with the aim of increasing and consolidating the brand’s social presence and the level of interaction with the different targets per channel;
And possible identification of external suppliers in the communication field and consequent relationship with them in order to determine and achieve the Marketing objectives;
F orecasting and periodic reporting of the results linked to the brand’s communication activities.
What do you need to be successful
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
Previous experience in the role of Communication Manager;
Ability to combine creative innovation with a methodical and rational approach to transform the vision into effective business actions;
Ability to coordinate and motivate a young team, directing activities and enthusiasm towards achieving company objectives;
Ability to act in a dynamic, rapidly evolving and constantly updated context;
Ability to read reality from unconventional points of view to anticipate trends and opportunities on the market.
Work location: Turin, smart working flexibility.
