We’re looking for a Service Desk.

The resource will be responsible for monitoring the correct functioning of the Production system, managing alarms and alerts highlighted by the various monitoring systems, ensuring the correct flow transit and taking action to resolve or report any anomalies. Where necessary, the resource will interface with colleagues from other specialized Teams with the goal of unlocking any critical issues/problems and must be available to work three shifts.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Monitoring all the Production system;
  • Interface with others colleagues to unlock problems;
  • Reply to support requests from Costumers.
  • Manage the queries on the Costumers servers.

The role requires possession of the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science;
  • Basic knowledge of object oriented programming language;
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL;
  • Aptitude for problem solving and proactivity towards customers;
  • Accuracy and punctuality in handling tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

The work location will be ours Turin office.
