Job Purpose
As the IT Support Specialist, you will be the right hand to our Head of IT, providing essential support in managing our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, making this an exciting and dynamic opportunity for IT professionals who thrive in a collaborative and evolving environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Leverage your strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to Intune, Autopilot, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, to optimize and secure our IT environment
- Provide top-notch technical support to our employees, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth IT experience for all
- Assist in the management, implementation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and cloud-based systems
- You will have a very strong security mindset and will collaborate to implement and monitor with security measures to protect our sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Facilitate collaboration among teams by proposing new solutions and optimizing tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc
- Contribute with your expertise to IT projects aimed at enhancing our technology capabilities and efficiency
- In the early stages of our IT department’s growth, be prepared to wear multiple hats and assist with various IT-related tasks and challenges as needed
Your profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the field

Work Location:
- 2 days a week in our brand new office in Porto, with monthly travel to other Moonlake hubs in Zug & Cambridge
