🧾 Job Summary:

ipNX is looking for a Sales Account Manager who will:

  • Grow and maintain key accounts

  • Develop client relationships across Lagos Island

  • Drive revenue and account expansion

  • Work closely with internal technical teams for service delivery


🔑 Core Responsibilities:

  • Build long-term strategic relationships with high-volume clients

  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions

  • Create annual growth plans per client/account

  • Drive new business within existing accounts

  • Analyze and present sales forecasts, dashboards, and reports

  • Maintain strong public relations and customer retention strategies

  • Ensure excellent project coordination and service delivery


🧠 Skills & Competencies Required:

  • Strong experience in managing strategic accounts (5–7 years)

  • High-level sales and relationship management expertise

  • Ability to analyze data and present reports/dashboards

  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., Pursuit)

  • Excellent use of Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong business judgment, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen

  • Confident in client-facing and stakeholder engagements
