We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Human Resources Associate specializing in international payroll, total rewards, people analytics, and benefits administration. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, managing comprehensive total rewards programs, leveraging data for actionable insights, and administering international benefits packages.

 

International Payroll Management:

  • Coordinate and process international payroll in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Address payroll discrepancies, resolve payroll-related issues, and provide support to employees with payroll inquiries.

 

Total Rewards Administration:

  • Manage and administer global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and deferred compensation plans.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of innovative total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.

 

People Analytics:

  • Utilize HRIS and other data analytics tools to gather, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and trends.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, such as turnover, engagement, and performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Work with the Business Development team to answer client requests.

 

International Benefits Administration:

  • Administer international benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in benefits administration.
  • Communicate benefit offerings to employees, provide guidance on enrollment processes, and address benefit-related inquiries.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on international payroll, total rewards, people analytics, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or Tableau/PowerBI for data analysis and reporting. (Workday preferred)
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, compensation practices, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
