Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work onsite in their Lincoln, NE location!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
  • Utilize a computer for communication (email/Teams messaging), word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets.
  • Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments.
  • Make appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, expense statements and check requests.
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager’s staff
  • Order and coordinate lunches and plant visits accordingly
  • Coordinate employee appreciation days and events as required
  • Support the needs of the plant manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
  • 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
  • Proficiency use of Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
