Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to work onsite in their Lincoln, NE location!
Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
- Utilize a computer for communication (email/Teams messaging), word processing, database applications and basic spreadsheets.
- Sort and distribute mail, operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, etc.
- Prepare reports and correspondence for appropriate management and departments.
- Make appointments and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, expense statements and check requests.
- Assist with special projects as requested
- Execute administrative tasks for the plant manager’s staff
- Order and coordinate lunches and plant visits accordingly
- Coordinate employee appreciation days and events as required
- Support the needs of the plant manager as needed
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or relevant experience
- 2 years of experience in administrative or similar roles
- Proficiency use of Microsoft Office & Microsoft 365
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
